Food science: Making Pavlova

We made pavlova for our food science and here's how we made it... Luci, 9yrs

We helped make the pavlova and discovered things we didn't know about it Rylan 8yrs


We learn you should never mix pavlova mixture in a plastic bowl because it could still have fat on the bowl. William 8yrs.

How to make pavlova:

Separate the egg white from the yolk
Mix it with a balloon whisk.
Add sugar.
Put on baking paper and cook in the oven.
Whip cream and cut strawberries and put on top.
