One of Room 19's Seesaw activities this week was to listen to the poem "Listening" by Peter Bland.
They then had to go outside and sit and listen for a few minutes, then complete their own version of the poem, using both what they heard and what they imagined they could hear. The resulting poems were wonderful.

What wonderful listening and writing you have all done. I am in my office and I can hear the gorgous tuis singing outside.
